Intellectual pioneer shows hand...
Looks like theres not gonna be another revolution :`-{

So it seems that before he went to prison--If I can recall the charges: 'attempt at creating civil unrest', and 'espionage'--he didnt seem to think there was a problem with what he was doing, ie trying to create an 'intellectual front' composed of various professors and other 'intellectuals' with the purpose of creating a reaction--or catalyst at the very least--which would cause regime change in Iran.
It's quite interesting how only 4 months of jail time can bring about the realization that he was "tricked by the U.S" and how other 'intellectuals' are "in danger of being tricked as well".
Good old common sense: when it kicks in, it does so with style.
